PURPOSE: The purpose of the STA "Top 10 Flash Directory" is to help real estate agents promote and advertise their services.  All listings are paid for placement listings and rankings are based on no other criteria than their chronological  placement in our database. While STA will promote and advertise our "Top 10 Flash Directory" we make no assurances that agents listing in our directory will acquire new sales leads from this listing.

GENERAL USE PROVISIONS AND COPYRIGHT:

All materials provided on STA, including but not limited to all text, logos, designs, graphics, images, sounds, information, software, documents, products and services (collectively, the "Materials"), and the selection, arrangement and display thereof, are the copyrighted works of STA and / or its vendors or suppliers. All Materials herein and all STA software are proprietary to STA and protected by worldwide copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as stated herein under "Limited License", none of the Materials may be modified, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, sold, compiled, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or other means, without the prior express written permission of STA.

REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. If our product is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer, STA may, at our sole discretion, offer to replace the product or extend the listing period at no additional cost to the customer.

STA requires listing agents to give us contact information (name, address, telephone number and email address). We use this information to verify your identity, send you information to set up your account and messages about our company and the status of your account.
